The West Virginia Association of REALTORS® is pleased to provide one of the most beneficial member services within the REALTOR® organization - the WVAR Legal Hotline.
The WVAR Legal Hotline is offered through the law offices of Robinson & McElwee, PLLC, it is not intended to replace your own legal counsel but rather to provide direct toll free access for our members to a qualified attorney who can provide information on real estate matters. The goal is to increase professionalism and decrease your professional liability. This service is not a substitute for consultation with your own attorney, and all use is subject to the disclaimer of liability approved by the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®.
The Legal Hotline will answer calls from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Each caller is limited to one subject per call, for a maximum of twenty (20) minutes. Beyond this you will be advised to contact your own attorney.
