Linda Brant, a REALTOR® for twelve years, is a sales agent with Country Road Realty in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Linda immediately became involved in the Greenbrier Valley Board and was instrumental in starting the first Multi-List system. She has continued as MLS Chairman the past 11 years while training over ninety agents. She was chosen as “REALTOR® of the Year” three times by her peers.

Linda has served as Director for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® from 2002 – 2008 and been a member of Strategic Planning, Membership and Policy, Professional Standards and Education Committees. She acted as Secretary in 2008 and Vice President in 2009 for the WVAR. Linda is currently the President-Elect for WVAR.

Linda is a member of ABR®, CRS®, GRI® and a Sterling Member of RPAC. She believes education is the key to success in real estate and volunteers at every opportunity to expand education within WVAR.

Linda resides in Lewisburg. She has six children, fourteen grandchildren and she is up to twelve great grandchildren and still counting. In addition to her real estate activities, Linda enjoys golfing, reading and time spent with her family and friends.

Mark Mansour is the Broker of Old Colony REALTORS® of Huntington for WV and OH. Mark also serves as 2009-10 Vice-President for the West Virginia Association of REALTORS®. As a Director, Mark has been Chair of the Professional Standards & Grievance, Education, Convention and Executive Committees. He also serves as WVAR Federal Political Coordinator for Congressman Nick Joe Rahall.

Mark was the 2007 President of Huntington Board of REALTORS (HBOR) and has served and is currently serving on New Member Orientation & Ethics Training, Membership, Bylaws, Public Relations, Legislative and MLS Committees.

In 2006, Mark was named “REALTOR of the Year” for the Huntington Board of REALTORS. He has also served as a New Member Orientation instructor for WVAR traveling to local Boards and is an approved provider and instructor of MPIRE School of Real estate for 3.5 hours of “Ethics in Real Estate & Professional Standards” and NAR quadrennial Code of Ethics. Mark is also a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure class instructor and has taught classes throughout the State.

Mark is married to his lovely wife, Jeanette Mansour, and they have a 17 year old son, Zach Rankin. They reside in Huntington with their two dogs, Cletus and Chloe.

Dean Dawson, owner and broker of The RPC Group, LLC, a full service Real Estate Appraisal, Consulting and Brokerage firm, comes to the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® Executive Team with extensive knowledge and experience in and outside the Real Estate world. Dean holds a degree from West Virginia University, along with countless designations and courses in both real estate appraisal and real estate sales. He holds both a West Virginia Real Estate Appraisal and Broker’s License and is recognized in both State and Federal Court as an expert in real estate related matters.

In 2010, Dean has served as the Secretary of WVAR, chair of the Education Committee, and interim chair of the Government Affairs Committee. In prior years, he has both served and acted as chair on several committees at both the local and state levels. In 2008, Dean served as President of the Kanawha Valley Board of REALTORS®. That same year, he was chosen as the KVBR’s REALTOR® of the Year.

Dean resides with his family in Charleston. He enjoys traveling, the outdoors and cooking special meals when time allows.
