What is GRI?
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
Why Should You Become a GRI?
Set yourself apart. Earn the designation that makes a difference and increases your income. The REALTOR® Institute has graduated thousands of REALTORS®. A Great Value to REALTORS®
I have received several referrals including referrals from out of state Realtors, thanks to having my GRI designation. -Ruth Oyola (FL)
Ambitious New Agent
I was an ambitious new agent in a new market just out of Real Estate school when I activated my license here in Molalla. I was new to the community as well. For my first 6 months in the business I struggled along and then completed my first GRI 100 course that winter. Next year I was the top agent in my company in all three offices! -Ann Irvin (OR)
Building Block To A Successful Career
I consider it success to be on a list of other such qualified Realtors. Taking the opportunity to network with other offices, in other cities and feeling confident that my clients will receive the quality performance expected by those with GRI designation. -Rosalind "Roz" DeGraff (FL), Sales Associate, GRI
